As I write this post, both boys are napping (!!), I’m sipping an afternoon coffee and the new Midnights album is playing on shuffle. Needless to say, the word to describe my current state: joy. I hope your week is off to a good start! Sharing an outfit featuring a handful of pieces you’ve already seen (those jeans tho), or will definitely be seeing again and again this season. This cardigan being one of them – swoon!
This is the Sezane Othello Cardigan and it comes in black and a super fun mossy green color, too. It may be a splurge, but the thoughtful design details are unmatched. The buttons are perfection, the sleeves (sorry, should have taken a closeup of the wrist area) are absolutely darling and the color is the ultimate yummy oatmeal that works with everything. I have also styled this over a high rise skirt as seen here (I am behind on getting outfits up on my blog!), but trust me when I tell you that it elevates jeans, dresses, skirts or pants like no other. I’m wearing a small.
My jeans are the Wide Leg Crop Jeans from Madewell and oooh-weee these are hands down my favorite jeans, possibly ever? SO comfortable, SO flattering, such a huge fan! I’m wearing my usual Madewell size (24). Can’t recommend enough!
How cute are my flats? Currently obsessed with the fun fisherman style that’s trending right now. These also come in black, they fit TTS. (And they’re on sale, 25% off!). Love them paired with socks, too. Very cute on those crisper fall days!
