Diemme has launched a collab with Italo Caffé, and put on an event at Copenhagen Fashion Week to celebrate.
Italo Caffé is the new Copenhagen ‘It’ restaurant, established by one of the founders of Danish creative studio Moon Int.
Moon is a 10-year-old creative studio that connects business development and creativity. The growing interest in Scandi design and fashion has partly been credited to its two founders, Mads Gjesing and Johan Bjerregaard.
With its new venture, Italo Caffé, one of the Copenhagen studio’s founders is now branching out into hospitality, but is keeping his design cred by collaborating with Diemme.
Diemme has produced two new colourways of its iconic shoe, the Movida. The new shoe will be worn by the staff at Italo Caffé and has been reimagined in tomato red and bok choy green, embossed with the restaurant’s name.
The Movida is made of leather and has RGS Hiker soles by Vibram®, which means it’s both resistant and provides great cushioning for a shift on your feet.
Made with leather from one of Italy’s most revered tanneries for mountaineering footwear, the Movida is a hard-working shoe that also looks good.
Diemme is inspired by hiking boots and makes all its shoes in its family factory in Veneto, a small town in north-eastern Italy. All the Diemme shoes are hand-crafted by experts and produced in limited runs.
